Coconut Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients1 can coconut milk1/2 cup chia seeds2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup Agavepinch of cinnamonpinch of nutmeg1 banana, sliced1/4 cup chopped unsalted pistachioswhipped cream or non-dairy whipped toppingCooking ToolsSmall mixing bowl2 dessert glasses
DirectionsIn a mixing bowl, add; coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, agave, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Before serving, layer pudding in dessert glasses and line banana slices, add more pudding, then top with fresh whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
