Chopped Kale Salad With Lemon Honey Dressing

 Ingredients
4-6 cups baby kale, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin
1 cup canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup feta cheese

Directions
Place ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss with the Lemon Honey Dressing . (recipe below)

Lemon Honey Dressing
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of half lemon
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp champagne vinegar
salt
pepper
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
