Ham & Swiss Stuffed French Toast
Sweet, Salty, Breakfast & Lunch!
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes






             Ingredients
2 large even slices of Focaccia bread
1/4 lb. smoked ham slices
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 tsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp butter
Maple syrup
2 eggs
salt
pepper

Cooking Tools
Non stick skillet
Small mixing bowl


Directions
Layer ham and cheese between the Focaccia bread, spread some mayonnaise.  Slice sandwich into even rectangles.  Whisk egg, salt & pepper in a small mixing bowl. On medium heat, melt butter in the skillet.  Dip each sandwich rectangle into the whisked eggs on all side and fry for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden brown.  Serve with maple syrup.
Serves 1-2
