Moroccan Spice Ribs

Moroccan Spice Ribs
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients
8 garlic cloves(crushed)
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground paprika
3 tsp ground turmeric
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup palm sugar or dark brown sugar
1 slab of pork ribs or beef ribs or county style ribs
Direction
In a small bowl mix spices, sugar  together with tomato sauce.
Pour 1/2 of sauce over ribs and use a pastry brush to coat thoroughly. Place in refrigerator for 2 - 8 hours before grilling.
Grill meat until done, baste the ribs with the left over sauce the last 10-15 minutes.
Serve with roasted potato and jalapeƱo cornbread.
Serves 2
