Alabama White BBQ Sauce Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
4 buns
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 cooked rotisserie chicken, pulled chicken meat, no skin
1 onion, sliced
1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
Alabama White BBQ Sauce
Ingredients1 1/2 cups mayonnaise1/4 cup water1/4 cup white wine vinegar1 tbsp coarsely ground pepper1 tbsp Creole mustard1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar2 garlic cloves, finely minced2 tsp grated horseradish sauce

Directions
On medium heat, add oil to the skillet and saute onion slices and garlic for 15 minutes, until browned. Add in the pulled chicken and cook until chicken is also browned. Salt and pepper chicken to taste. In a small sauce pan, add the ingredients for the white BBQ sauce and heat on a simmer for a few minutes. You don't want the oil to separate from the mayonnaise. Spoon chicken and onions on a sliced bun and top with a couple of tablespoons of white sauce on top and place some chopped iceberg lettuce. Serves with Sweet Potato Wedges.
