Ingredients4 Grouper filet1 cup Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy1/2 stick butter4 tbsp light olive oil1 cup flour1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderminced parsley for garnish1/2 tsp sugarsaltpepper

Directions
Prepare Grouper Filet: Pat dry filet, dust each filet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper on both sides. Lightly dredge filet in flour. Melt butter and oil in a shallow skillet on medium heat. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. Remove fish and set in a warm place. Stain butter and oil through a fine mesh strainer. Keep the oil, discard the fine bits. Pour oil back in skillet and add the Summer Shandy, sugar and reduce liquid by half on medium heat. Season to taste and pour over fish, garnish with minced parsley.
