Gluten Free Does Not Have To Be Boring!

Ingredients1 1/2 cups sugar1 cup gluten free flour1/2 cup coconut flour1/2 cup almond flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ground allspice1 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp ground ginger3 eggs1 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup butter, melted1 cup buttermilk1 tbsp vanilla1 (11.5 oz.) jar fig preserve1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, add; oil, eggs & melted butter, mixing well. Add in buttermilk, vanilla, Fig preserve and pecans. Pour batter into a greased & floured Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle warm Buttermilk glaze on top before serving.
Buttermilk Glaze
Ingredients
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract

Small saucepan
Directions
Combine ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil and remove from heat. Whisk until smooth.
