Tamagoyaki Is Another Way To Serve Up Your Eggs!

Ingredients3 eggs1 tbsp water2 tbsp Mirin1 tbsp green onions, choppedpinch of Dashi granulesvegetable oilsalt
Cooking ToolsTamagoyaki pan or nonstick frying panSmall mixing bowl
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients except oil. Pour small amount of oil in the pan on low heat. Pour in a 1/3 of the eggs in the pan, spread the egg mixture thin, as it firms, roll the omelet from one end to the other. Pour another third on the opposite side of the rolled omelet. As the egg mixture cooks, continue to roll the omelet back, repeat until egg mixture is gone. Cut and serve omelet.
