IngredientsFrench baguette (2) 6 inch slices/ halved4 slices of Camembert cheese1 apple (honey crisp) sliced thin2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp butter + greasingpinch of cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
In a small skillet, melt butter on high heat. Saute apple slices in butter with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook apple until slightly tender, not mushy. Butter outside of baguette, divide apples and place them on one side of loaf. Add on the cheese and pour any juices the apples created onto the cheese. Place top half of bread. Preheat the grill pan and lay sandwich on pan and lay the press on top to weigh down the sandwich. Cook each side for about a minute or until the cheese starts to melt.
