Ingredients1 Flat Iron Steak1/2 cup soy sauce1/4 cup light soy sauce3/4 cup palm sugar or brown sugar1/4 cup Mirin1/4 cup Sake1/2 tsp grated ginger2 clove garlic, grated2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Directions
Slice Flat Iron Steak against the grain in thin strips. In a mixing bowl, add; soy sauce, palm sugar, Mirin, Sake, ginger and garlic. Whisk ingredients and add beef slices and marinade in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Skewer 2-3 slices of beef strips, depending on the length of skewer. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side, baste as much sauce as you want on each beef skewer.
Garnish with sliced green onions.
