Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey, preferably dark meat1/2 cup panko bread crumbs1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley minced (optional)1/2 cup oil and herb-marinated sun-dried tomatoes, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup onions diced2 eggs, lightly beaten3 tbsp whole milk1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup drained and sliced black olives1/2 tsp dried oregano1 1/2 tbsp ketchup1 tbsp olive oilsaltpepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, place all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in a greased loaf pan or the way I always make my meatloaf
